Serves 2


  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves black garlic
  • 200g/7 oz rice for risotto
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 500ml/17 fl oz vegetable stock
  • 120g/4 oz mushrooms
  • 15g/0.5 oz fresh parmesan
  • 15g/0.5 oz butter
  • 15g/0.5 oz mascarpone
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Chop slightly onion and simmer it on the butter.
  2. Add black garlic and rice.
  3. Stir everything and add white wine.
  4. Continue to stir until the liquid is gone.
  5. Start adding vegetable stock one glass at the time continuing to stir.
  6. Put some oil in another frying pan and simmer mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
  7. Add mushrooms to the rice and stir everything together.
  8. Add parmesan, butter and mascarpone.
  9. Put some salt and pepper.

Serve hot. Add some parmesan and fresh parsley on top of it.

  • 1 creamy cheese
  • 1 sour cream
  • 3 cloves of black garlic
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Mix creamy cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Peel black garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  3. Add black garlic into cheese and cream mixture.
  4. Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
